THE METHOD OF THE DEFINITION OF DINITROORTOKREZOLE IN ORGANS AND TUSSUIES V.D. Lukianchuk, D.S. Kravets The conducted complex researches have allowed to develop a rather highly sensitive method of the definition dinitroortokrezole (DNOK) in various organs and tussuies of an organism in condition of intoxication. The sensitivity of a method makes 3,83•10-3 mg/g. The principle extractions the DNOK by methylethylketone with preliminary proteolitic destruction homogenizated of tussuies by himotripsine is puted in a basis of the developed method. For want of it the conditions of realization of a technique are unified. |
