ТОXICOLOGIC CHARACTERISTIC OF NEW UKRAINIAN NONGLYCOZIDE CARDIOTONIC DRUG SUFAN I.S. Chekman, N.А. Gorchakova, S.B. Frantsuzova, S.А. Оliynyk, А.P. Тkachenko, The primary toxicologic characteristics of new Ukrainian nonglycozide cardiotonic drug sufan, the derivate of amber acid, is done. In the experiments of study of acute sufan’s toxicity on white mice, rats and rabbits is established that the drug is low-toxic substance. In long-term (3 mothes) investigation was showed that using of drug in therapeutic doses in rats and guinea pigs at oral, intramuscular and rectal introduction has no influence on the condition of vegetative nervous and cardiac system, antitoxic function of liver, made no changes in common analyses of urina and blood. |
