THE ROLE OF IMMUNE SYSTEM IN PATHOGENESIS OF THE DELAYED NEUROTOXICITY OF SOME ORGANOPHOSPHOROUS COMPOUNDS

P.G. Zhminko

Influence of the aphos, TOCP and cyclophos on immunobiological reactivity Leggorn hens under single peroral at 200, 500 and 10 mg/kg isotoxicity dosage, accordingly, are given in this work.

It is established that under aphos and TOCP effect in hens at preparalytic period medium- and microdispersive circulating immune complexes are formed and their level significantly increases at paralytic period, decreased functional activity of neutrophilocytes. With the development of pathologic process the immune system changes aggravate - the amount of lymphocytes, T- and B-lymphocytes, Tc, NK-cells decreases, the level of autoantibodies to antigen from nervous tissues increases, which testifies to autoimmune disorders development.
