The possibility to use various cellular, overmolecular and molecular objects in the biotest of environment pollution by heavy metal cations; Cd2+, Co2+, Cu2+, Zn2+, Pb2+ was evaluated. A lot of biological processes such as dimerisation of human serum albumin, neutrophil phagocytosis activity, T-lymphocytes rosette formation, T7 RNA-polymerase in vitro transcription were suppressed in the presence of heavy metal cations at concentration 1–4 oder low then the permissible limit. It allows to use these objects in the highsensitive nonspecific monitoring of environmental pollution levels by heavy metal cations.
