THE STRUCTURE AND LPO REACTIONS OF CHROMATIN IN CONDITIONS OF TETRACHLOROMETHANE AND NIPHEDIPINE INJECTIONS TO RATS

In condions of the liver chromatin damage by rats intoxication of tetrachloromethane following injection of the Ca²⁺-channels blocator niphedipine do not found reconstitution of its structure. It can be see from some parameters analysis the increased genotoxic process. Such effect can be related to the absence of antioxidant action of preparation i. e. the its ability to inhibite the LPO reaction in chromatin.
