THE MECHANISMS OF INTOXICATIONS

THE INFLUENCE OF CHRONIC INTOXICATION BY FLUORID CONTAINING JUNCTIONS ON TNE INDEXES OF MINERAL METABOLISM

N.N. Ryabushko

The influence of a contact with fluoride containing junctions on the mineral metabolism indexes was studied. At the preclinical stage of fluorosis the lowering of calcium, magnesium and copper containing in blood takes place. With the lesser reliability there is the increasing of ferrum and non-organic phosphorus content. Concentration of magnesium and natrium ions is changing within insignificant limits. When the record of service is increasing the changes in the mineral metabolism are more expressive. The age of the examined persons has less influence on the mineral metabolism indexes then general record of service in such conditions. The revealed regularity should be taken into consideration in case of determining the programme of fluorosis prophylaxis at the preclinical stage.
