MORPHOFUNCTIONAL CHANGES OF SPERMATOGENY AT EFFECT OF LEAD AND CADMIUM FOR WHITE MALE RATS

I.N. Andrusishina

Joint effect of few dose lead and cadmium at their division of introduction intraperitotonium into white male rats` organism in a cronic experiment was studied considering the animals general status and behavior as well as morphologic ,levels of lead and cadmium. The trials were performed per 1, 2, 5 and 7 weeks. Daily administration of 1/200 and 1/100 LD Pb and Cd in water solution in course 46 days induced to the oppression morphofunctional condition of sex cells — decreased numbers of male gametes, for their mobility sperm, appeared the big number polymorphous form and spermatopathy sex cells.

The effects of lead and cadmium give an opportuniny that suppose about different mecanism influence this notals of rats spermatogeny.
