THE MECHANISMS OF INTOXICATIONS

STATUS OF BLOOD LIPID COMPLEX OF MILITARY PERSONNEL WHO DEALS WITH HIGH TOXIC MISSILE FUEL COMPONENTS

Varus V.I., Belov A.A., Bruzgina T.C.

Results of gas-chromatographic analyses of lipid-acid spectrum and free cholesterol level in blood measured on military personnel who works with 1,1-dimethilhydrosine had been obtained. Unidirectional variations of fats and acids formula of plasma lipids and erythrocytes at the expense of violation of linoleic and palmitic concentration of fat acids along with background free cholesterol level decreasing had been discovered. Investigated changes in plasma lipid fat-acid components and blood erythrocytes for observed patients point to activation of blood lipid paroxidation process. Along with other hazardous factors these changes cause pathological states or stimulate pathological processes for observed personnel.
