INFLUENCE OF A NEW CHOLINESTERASE REACTIVATOR — BISPYRIDINIUM OXIME DERIVATIVE ON ACTIVITY OF CHOLINESTERASE IN INTOXICATION WITH ORGANOPHOSPHORUS COMPOUNDS

T.P.Pritula, L.M.Kirichok

Reacxtivating activity of a bispyridinium oxime derivative, N,N'-(1'', 4''-butene-2'') -4- oximinomethyl- 3'- carbamoyplyridinium dibromide, was studied in organophosphate intoxication at their transdermal and intremuscular injection.
Four therapeutic schemes of administration of the antidote were given.
Dominant activity of the enzyme cholinesteraqse at fourvold injection of N,N'-(1'', 4''-butene-2'')-4-oximinomethyl-3'-carbamoyplyridinium dibromide was shown.
