THE MECHANISMS OF INTOXICATIONS MODE OF DAMAGE OF HEPATOCYTES MICROSOME STRUCTURE WITH CADMIUM AND LANTAN SALTS O.I. Lebed The mode of cadmium and lantan salts action on structure of white rat hepatocytes microsome membrane was studied by fluorescence methods using own protein fluorescence, fluorescence probes (ANS, pyren) and phenomena of induction-resonance transmission of energy from protein luminophores to probes. It was shown that both metals bind to negatively charged groups of membrane and modify its surface charge. The conformation of membrane proteins was not changed. However, it was registered a pronounced increase in microviscosity of hydrophobe areas of lipid matrix without changes of their polarity. |
