TOXICOKINETICS OF DINITROORTOCRESOLE ON THE BACKGROUND OF APPLICATION OF COORDINATION CONNECTION GERMANIUM WITH NICOTINAMIDE

Influence of coordination connection germanium with nicotinamide (MIGU-2) on character of change toxicokinetics parameters of dinitroorticresole is investigated.

It is shown, that to the MIGU-2 substantially reduces speed and quantity of receipt of pesticide in an organism, reduces receipt of this toxic agent in a liver and kidneys, and also increases it eliminations, that promotes fastest "clarification" of an organism from it xinobiotics and to reduction of the toxic effects caused by it.
