In experiments in mail albino rats was studied hepatoprotective efficiency of experimental polyvitamin composition (MV) pretreatment with oral administration of isoniazid and rifampicin, which are inductors of cytochrome P-450 2E1.

Was showed the MV ability to normalize biochemical activities, which indicate state of monooxigenase and antioxidante live systems. Also, MV could normalize blood serum aminotranspherase activities and bilirubin level. Thus, we demonstrated hepatoprotective effect MV, which, possibly realized because of experimental polyvitamin composition ability to inhibit the cytochrome P-450 2E1induction and decrease level of toxic isoniazide and rifampicine metabolites generation, and also decrease generation reactive oxygen species.
