HEPATOPROTECTIVE ACTION OF SODIUM SUCCINATE AT POISONING BY HERBICIDE 2,4-D

Herbicide 2,4-D provoked hepatitis, vessels thrombosis, sinusoids constriction, hepatocytes nuclei decrease. The sodium succinate caused the hepatocytes activation and didn't influence on the sinusoids. Data analysis of the morpho-functional changes in liver after simultaneous action of 2,4-D and sodium succinate showed that the sodium succinate partly prevent injuries, provoked by 2,4-D.
