DRUG'S TOXICOLOGY ADVERSE REACTIONS OF THIOPENTAL SODIUM: ARE THERE ANY PROBLEMS?O.P. Victorov, M.L. Sharayeva, O.I. Konyaeva, Zh.A. Khomenko, I.O. Logvina The article presents analysis of adverse drug reactions (ADRs) of Thiopental sodium that registered over the World (WHO Collaborating Centre for International Drug Monitoring) and in the Ukraine (Pharmacovigilance Department) by spontaneous reports. According to ukrainian data serious ADRs were regisrered in more than а half of reported events (54,5%) including 13,6% deathes related to Thiopental sodium. The most frequent system changes were allergy and upper respiratory tract disorders. The literature analysis of Thiopental sodium interactions was made, and the advices for risk decreasing in medical use of Thiopental sodium were given. |
