CARDIOTOXITY OF DOXORUBICIN AND METHODS OF ITS CORRECTION BY TIOTRIAZOLINE

In the experiments in rabbits it is discovered the disturbances of cardio and systemic haemodinamics in the conditions of experimental doxorubicin` cardiomyopathy.

It is concluded that tiotriazoline` administration prevents changes that proves cardioprotective effect of drug.
