THE HEMOLYTIC ANEMIA FORMATION UNDER THE TOXIC ACTION OF HYDROXYLAMINE COMPOUNDS: IMPACT OF THE OXIDATIVE STRESS

G.M. Prodanchuk, G.M. Balan

Metabolic activation and degradation of xenobiotic-oxidant hydroxylamine (GA) are discussed. Possibility of formation of several chemically active compounds (О2-, NO, -OONO, HO, NO2+, H2O2 etc.) which interacts with cellular thyols and membranous lipids and initiates hemolytic anemia. Possibility of using substances that inhibits GA biotransformation routes, selective acceptors of iron-nitrosyl complexes, nitric oxide and others active radicals is shown.
