PHARMACOLOGICAL CORRECTION OF BREACHES OF PROSTACYCLIN-TROMBOXANE BALANCE IN THE PROCESS OF TOXIC LIVER CLEFEAT BY THE FLYING COMPOUNDS OF DIANIC EPOXYDE RESINE

I.Yu. Vysotsky

In the experiments on the white rat-males line Wistar 150—190 gr weight by radioimmunitive method, showed that in the conditions of acute ingalative toxic liver defeat by the flying compaunds of epoxyde resine ED-20 (120—140 mg/m3 by epichlorhydrine) in the blood serum there is intensive decreasing of PGI2 and increasing of TXB2, that cause sharp decreasing of PGI2/TXB2 correlation in 6 hours, and especially in 24 and 72 hours after the intoxication.

Omeprasole (50 mg/kg), acetylcysteine (450 mg/kg) and in less degree lipine (0,8 mmole/kg), quercetine (350 mg/kg) and flavinate (4 mg/kg), used according to the treat- preventing scheme, could partly increase PGI2/TXB2 correlation of poisoned rats. Increasing of this correlation in the blood serum under quercetine and lipine was practically as a braking result of decreasing PGI2 level by these medicines and under flavinate and acetylcysteine in greater degree because of decreasing concentration of TXB2. As for omeprasole in 6 and 24 hours after intoxication there was predominative restraine influence of TXB2 synthesis and in 72 hours increasing of PGI2 forming. Now we discuss the possible mechanisms of pharmacological regulation of arachidonic acid metabolism on cyclooxihenazative way.
