By the authors are generalized and the numerous researches domestic and foreign scientific about mechanisms of formation of the active forms of oxygen — basic initiating factors free radical oxidation (FRO) are analysed. The basic mechanisms of formation of the active forms of oxygen in norm and conditions ischemia of bodies are given. The infringe-ments most impotent's of parts metabolism, conducting to hyperprodaction of the active forms of oxygen and activation FRO are specified.
