CLINICAL MANIFESTATION, TREATMENT AND THE DELAY CONSEQUENCES OF ACUTE POISONINGS BY SYNTHETIC PYRETROIDS

In work 6 cases of acute poisonings by synthetic pyretroids (deltametrine, fenvalerate, cypermetrine and lambda-cygalotrine) are described. All poisonings appeared as a result of agricultural works at severe violations of hygienic rules of pesticides' usage.

In clinic of poisonings prevailed neurotoxic symptoms (a toxic encephalopathy and a asteno-vegetative syndrome).

Application of Gamma Amino Oil Acid mimetic — Relanium, Nootropic agents and and carbon enterosorbtion lead to regression of clinical manifestation.
