CHRONIC STUDY OF THE CARCINOGENIC ACTIVITY OF CHLOROSULFOXYM-METHYL DIETHYLETHANOLAMINE (ELLIPS, 12,5% WS) IN RATS AND MICE

Chronic carcinogenic study have been carried in non-bread albino rats and mice, which were administrating by compound in drinking water in doses: rat — 13,8 mg/kg, 3,4 mg/kg, 0,3 mg/kg body weight during 24 months, mouse — 9,6 mg/kg, 2,4 mg/kg, 0,24 mg/kg body weight during 18 months. On the base of complex analyze quantitative indicators of carcinogenic effect, such as tumor incidence and specter and latent period, ratio between malignant and benign tumors and multiplicity we have been conclusion according to non-carcinogenic activity of active ingredient of Ellips, 12,5% WS — chlorsulfoxym-methyl diethylethanolamine.
