MECHANISMS OF INTOXICATIONS

ACCUMULATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF LEAD IN ULTRASTRUCTURES OF RAT HEPATOCYTES

S.P. Lugovskoy

With the help developed by us of a method of ultrahistochemistry, studied intracellular a toxicokinetics of lead of rat hepatocytes with which entered acetate of lead in abdominal cavity in a doze of 62,5 mg/k.

In a cell metal accommodation, mainly, in damaged, or functionally changed mitochondrial, on their internal membranes and in a matrix, and also in a lysosoma ultrastructures

In dynamics of experiment, the reduction of metal in mitochondrial is accompanied by accumulation it in a structures, which accept active participation in intracellular macromolecular degradation and elimination of phagocytic material from a cell, that explains some mechanisms intracellular of a toxicokinetics of lead.
