TOXICOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF PRODUCTION OF ECOLOGICALLY CLEAN FOOD AND ITS CURRENT SOURCES

The currently used or developed physical, chemical and biological methods for cleaning the environment from anthropogenic pollutants can considerably reduce the negative impact of business activity upon the environment, if used on a large scale.

As regards the production of ecologically clean food, it is based on growing plants and animals in ecologically clean environment with a minimum input of mineral fertilizers and agrochemicals, and on cleaning of the raw stock and extracted food components in the course of processing.
