ENTEROSORBENTS OF ECOLOGICALLY HARMFUL SUBSTANCES AS AN IMPORTANT GROUP OF FOOD ADDITIVES IN HUMAN RATION

It is currently considered that the enterosorbents of ecologically harmful substances are referred to food additives. The ecological situation that exists in Ukraine and in the other countries should stimulate the works aimed at development of new sorbents for medical application as well as the study of the mechanism of their therapeutic action. Population badly needs sufficient amounts of alimentary enterosorbents of a selective sorption action toward the noxious substances and compounds, that are, at the same time, harmless for human use.
