MECHANISMS OF INTOXICATIONS XANTHINE OXIDASE, NITRIC OXIDE SYNTHASE AND PROTEIN KINASE C ACTIVITIES IN THE RAT LIVER UNDER CONDITIONS OF INTRODUCTIONS OF PHENOBARBITALV.V. Sumbayev, I.M. Yasinska Peroral phenobarbital introductions to the organism of white Vistar rats during 30 days (20 mg per 1 kg of weight) are mediate xanthine oxidase and nitric oxide synthase inhibition. Also in the liver of phenobarbital injected rats the protein kinase C activity was significantly increased. It was established that phenobarbital is xanthine oxidase inhibitor but does not change the nitric oxide synthase activity in vitro. |
