It was descavered the distinctions in biological mechanism of lead and cadmium cations action on spleen structure and spleen cells fanctional activity in white rat model intoxication (1/100 LD50). This distinctions were confirmed by direct toxic effects investigation of metal cations on lymphocytes in mixed spleen cell culture in vitro. The both cations had immunotoxic effect on spleen.
