INFLUENCE OF VINBORON ON PHYSICAL ABILITY AND PAIN SENSITIVITY OF RATS IN CONDITION OF ETHANOL CHRONIC INTOXICATION

In experiments on rats it was determined that chronic intoxication (9 weeks) by ethanol produces reliable decrease of physical ability of animals that is shown by the reduction of swimming trial. The decrease of pain sensitivity threshold is observed. The intramuscular injection of vinboron (5 mg/kg) for two weeks as well as mildronat (50 mg/kg) contributes to the recovery of physical ability and decreasing of pain sensitivity threshold. The efficacy of vinboron is similar to that of mildronat.
