DEVELOPMENT DOSE OF A MODE OF APPLICATION ACETYICYSTEINE AT ACUTE INTOXICATION ВУ ACRYLIC ACID AND ITS DERIVATIVES

It is established, that acetylcysteine realizes the highest detoxication efficiency when introducted intraperitoneally in doze of 101,2 mg/kg at the acrylic acid intoxication, 228,0 mg/kg at the acrylonitrile intoxication and 459,2 mg/kg at the acrylamide intoxication, accordingly, for 66,6; 31,2 minutes before poisoning and in 6 minutes after. At the same time the survival of the animals and average duration of their life is increased.
