MODERN STATE OF DEVELOPMENT OF ANTIDOTAL AGENTS FOR TREATMENT OF LESICUS CAUSED BY NEUROPARALYTIC SUBSTANCES

The analysis of the literary data on development of antidotal-medical agents is carried out at defeats neuroparalytic POC which has shown, that the basic efforts of researchers were directed on synthesis and studying of antidotal properties in series of H-oximes. As perspective bonds HI-6, HGG-12, HGG-42 are surveyed, HLo-7 etc. Simultaneously becomes obvious, that the effective antidote can be received only by a combination of H-oximes with cholinolytics, antyconvulsive bonds and convertible inhibitors of an acetylcholinesterase. Today is marked by active search of preparations in this direction.
