RESEARCH OF MUTAGENIC ACTIVITY OF EXTRACTS FROM APPLES AND APPLE JUICE IN THE AMES TEST IN PROCESS REGULATION OF NEW CHLORONICOTINIL INSECTICIDES

After application on apples new chloronicotinil insecticides as the Confidor 200 SL and Calypso 480 FS residues of their active substances were not found in apples and apple juice during the harvest time. In the Ames`s test not establishment mutagenic activity of extracts from the apples and apple juice. Results of this studies enable to use recommended earlier hygienic standards without limitation. Apples and apple juice growing with proper use of the Confidor and Calypso didn`t pose the genetic threat to human health.
