STUDY OF MUTAGENIC ACTIVITY OF PREPARATION AMIZON

Mutagenic activity of preparation Amizon was investigated in such tests: induce increasing of structural chromosomal aberrations in human lymphocytes in vitro with and without metabolic activation of mammalian microsomal fraction S-9, and induce mutations in used strains of Salmonella typhimurium with and without metabolic activation of mammalian microsomal fraction S-9. Conclusion that preparation don't have mutagenic activity was established as a result of investigations.
