MECHANISMS OF INTOXICATIONS

TOXICITY AND ANTICHOLINESTERASE ACTION OF SOME ORGANOPHOSPHOROUS PESTICIDES DEPENDING ON THEM SORPTION ON BLOOD SERUM PROTEI

P.G. Zhminko, Yu.І. Loboda

It`s established with equilibrium dialysis, that oxiphosphonat, aphos and etaphos have the greatest ability for sorption on blood serum proteins, geterophos and tiol-isomer of cyclophos — the least ability. Tion-isomer of cyclophos does not contact to blood serum proteins. In conditions in vitro is shown, the anticholinesterase effect of the investigated substances decreases with sorption increase on proteins. The dependence between acuta toxicity of substances and them sorption on proteins is revealed. The spesies differences in sensivity can be caused by various linkage of these substances with blood serum proteins.
