PRIORITY ASPECTS OF EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATIONS OF SAFETY OF MEDICINES

Priority and modern aspects of preclinical investigations of medicines are evaluated. Special attention is drawn towards implementation of alternative investigative methods in toxicological practice, elaboration of new drug forms with less exhibited or absent side effects, necessity of development of investigations on pharmacokinetics of domestic medicines. Issues of determining of safety levels of medicines during synthesis and further production in order to regulate the content in air are discussed.
