DRUG'S TOXICOLOGY

FOLIC ACID, VITAMINE COMPLEX А, Е, В1, В2, В6, В9 AND SELENIUM AS CORRECTION REMEDY OF METHOTREXATE AND DICLOPHENAC SODIUM PHARMACOTHERAPY TOXIC EFFECTS

The investigation were carried out on 60 white rats. It was determined that pharmacotherapy with diclophenac and methotrexate during 20 days in dose 0,2 and 2,5 mg/kg is resulted in decrease of body mass, leucopenia, decrease of thymus mass, increase of hepatotoxicity (increase of activity transaminase in blood serum) and enterotoxicity (decrease of contents protein, phospholipids and DNA, activity saccharose and maltose in mucous of small intestine). Introduction of methotrexate and diclophenac has accompanied development polymicronutrient insufficiency. Additional introduction folic acid, especially polyvitaminic complex А, Е, В1, В2, В6, В9 and selenium is effective for prevention of pharmacotherapy toxicity of diclophenac and methotrexatе.
