CHANGES OF PRODUCTION OF ACTIVE FORMS OF OXYGEN IN TESTICLES OF WHITE RATS IN DYNAMICS OF CHRONIC INTOXICATION BY SODIUM NITRATE

In experiment on white rats production of superoxide anion-radical by microsomal, mitochondrial and leukocytic electron-transporting chains in tissues of testicles is investigated under chronic intoxication by sodium nitrate. In dynamics of chronic intoxication by sodium nitrate in tissues of testicles progressive increasing of total level of superoxide anion-radical production and its generation of microsomal and mitochondrial electron-transporting chains have been revealed. After 6-month's introduction of sodium nitrate production of superoxide anion-radical by NADPH-oxydase of leucocytes is essentially reduced.
