The epoxy material interaction with a human serum albumin is investigated, proceeding from their chemical structure on the basis of quantum-chemical measurements. The most probable place of epoxide linkage with the molecula of human serum albumin is discharged and the hypothesis about formation of the complete antigen in result of their interaction is confirmed. This binding underlies the mechanism of allergic, toxico-allergic action and those toxic effects, that occur in an organism under influence of epoxy material binding with human serum albumin.
