МETHOD OF STUDY OF NITRIC OXIDE ROLE IN THE MECHANISM OF CHEMICAL COMPOUNDS TOXIC ACTION

The method of study of nitric oxide role in the mechanism of chemical compounds toxic action is developed. We have used a trap NO, representing a complex iron-diethyldithiocarbamate. The essence of the method consists in a comparison of an amount of death cells, incubated with researched chemical compound, under condition of use of cells, control and treated by a trap. The developed method is approved on an example of toxic action of the pharmacological preparations — sodium nitroprusside and nitroglycerine, as well as N-nitrosodimethylamine on a model of rats' activated peritoneal macrophages.
