INFLUENCE OF POTASSIUM BICHROMATE IN CONDITION PE-RIPHERIAL BLOOD OF EXPERIMENTAL ANIMALS

Influenc of Cr⁶⁺ on condition peripherial blood of experimental animals were investigated. Showed, erythrocytes are transformed in star form under influ-ence of Cr⁶⁺.

Contents of fixed a-aminoacyds reduced, activity of dehydrogenases dimin-ished. Assume that realization of toxical effect is the result of oxidizing of Fe²⁺ hemoglobin and modification of albumenal part on the C-terminal domen.
