Destabilization of membranes of endoplasmic reticulum of rat liver at intoxication with tetrachloromethane (accumulation of LP products, decrease of surface charge, weakening of protein-lipid contact, disturbance of the processes of protein and phospholopid synthesis, etc.) was partially eliminated following intraperitoneal administration of combination of PV-4 and amyzone, which are derivatives of pyridine carbonic acids. The mechanism of correcting the effects of the studied compounds is discussed.
