FREE-RADICAL MECHANISMS OF CARDIOHEMODYNAMIC VIOLATIONS IN PERSONS WHO ARE IN CONTACT WITH FLUORIDES

In the work there were presented the results of the investigation of correlation of cardiohemodynamic indexes and processes of autooxidation in persons who are in contact with fluorides at works. It was determined that in the examined contingent had been were observed some changes in cardiohemodynamic indexes correlation with the intensity of free radical lipid peroxide oxidation processes. There was worked out the scheme of pathogenetic role of autooxidation processes in the devel-opment of cardiohemodynamic disturbances. There is the perspective of the applica-tion of the preparations of antioxidant action for the correction of cardiohemody-namic disturbanes in workers who are in contact with fluorides at works.
