For finding — out of character and dynamics of development of neurotoxic effects at an acute venenating with a shallow laboratory animal nitrobenzene (intragastric, one-time in a dose of 682 mg/kg) studied: the content MtHb and Hb of a blood of the rats; activity of enzymes of a cortex and subcortical frames of a brain: cytochrome oxydases, succinate dehydrogenase, lactate dehydrogenase, alkaline phosphatase. The observations spent during 7 day. Is shown, that pathomorphologic changes educed in dynamics and depend on a degree of gravity of a hypoxia. Peak of infringements of metabolic processes in organism of the rats recorded in 24 hours after a venenating. For 7 day of observations the level of succinate dehydrogenase, cytochrome oxydase in a cortex and subcortical frames of a brain did not correspond to parameters of control group.
