THE MECHANISMS OF INTOXICATIONS

TO THE MECHANISM OF MEMBRANE, ANTIOXIDANT AND ANTITOXIC ACTION OF SODIUM SUCCINATE

S.A. Oliynyk

The complexmaking of sodium succinate with aminoacids, biomemrane components, metal salts and drugs rubomycine hydrochloride, cysplatine and thiopentale-sodium is studied. It is established, that interaction of sodium succinate with almost all substances describes by not high significances Kst (<100 l/mol), however complexmaking sodium succinate with Pb takes place considerably more strong (Kst puts together 121 l/mol). One can be supposed, that complexmaking has not a great importance in sodium succinate mechanism action.
