THE STATE OF MONOOXYGENASE SYSTEM OF LIVER AND UNSPECIFIC RESISTANCE OF ORGANISM ATTACHED TO INFLUENCE OF SOME ORGANOPHOSPHORUS PESTICIDES

It was shown, the derivatives of the thiophosphorus acid — heterophos, etaphos and thiol-isomer of cyclophos are expressed inhibitors of erythrocyte` acetylcholinesterase, and thion-isomer of cyclophos didn`t made anticholinesterase effect on rats organism during acute (1/2 EA₅₀) and subacute (three-times, 1/5 EA₅₀) effect was shown. The inhibitions effect on monooxygenase system of liver prevails for want of acute effect of heterophos, etaphos and thion-isomer of cyclophos. The inducing effect prevails during subacute effect. In both experiments the thiol-isomer have made expressed inhibition influence on monooxygenase system. In both experiments the unspecific resistance of organism was increased. It is possible to estimate as protection, which directed to reneval of infringed homeostasis.
