THE PECULIARITIES OF TOXICODYNAMICS OF THE CHROME TANNIN FOR SKIN

The object of toxicological study was chrome tannin to cultivate the natural leather. The purpose of the study was investigation of toxicodynamics of chrome tannin, which previously had not been examined. According to LD50 chrome tannin is a 3th class of danger substances. Specific sensibility is not typical.

It causes disturbances from the part of basal metabolic processes, blood, liver and internal organs morphostructures disturbances. It causes marked skin and mucosa irritation. It can penetrate through an uninjured skin without symptoms of irritation. It demands special protection of skin and eyes.
