It was established in subchronic radiotoxicological experiment on animals that combined exposure to ionizing irradiation, pesticides, nitrates, lead and cadmium salts in such dose diapason, which models possible daily burden on people, leads towards expressed activation of free radical oxidation processes, depletion of reserve possibilities of ahtioxidative system and progress of pathological process even after the end of combined exposure. At the same time at the background of decrease in energy supply, dystrophic and destructive processes in liver including parenchyma, stroma and blood microvessels were developed. It was shown that activation of free radical oxidation and decrease in energy supply causing the development of structure changes, are the leading units of pathogenesis during combined exposure to studied factors.
