THE MECHANISMS OF INTOXICATIONS INDUCTION OF PREDCANCER RAT LIVER STATES BY KROTONIC ALDEGIDE E.A. Bagley, H.G. Zhminko, N.N. Nedoputanskaya, O.V. Reshavskaya, V.S. Lisovskaya The carcinogenic effect of crotonic aldehyde studied by meanth of "NDEA-partial hepatectomy model". In this study we have shown that crotonic aldehyde does not produce a significant change in numbers of preneoplastic altered liver foci relative to control. The promoting effects have indicated after inhalation administration in concentration of 5,23 mg/m3, which resulted by increasing of square hyperplastic liver nodules. |
