The carcinogenic effect of crotonic aldehyde studied by meanth of "NDEA-partial hepatectomy model". In this study we have shown that crotonic aldehyde does not produce a significant change in numbers of preneoplastic altered liver foci relative to control. The promoting effects have indicated after inhalation administration in concentration of 5,23 mg/m3, which resulted by increasing of square hyperplastic liver nodules.
