TOXICOLOGY OF DRUGS STUDY OF THE TOXIC PROPERTIES OF CALTAN I.V. Karbusheva, I.I. Avdeeva In the article the results of study safety of the new medicinal form — intestines-dissolved tablets caltan intended for treatment of large intestines ulcer are represented. By results of acute toxicity studying of tablets caltan belong to rather harmless substances class. The specific toxicity studying of caltan testifies to absence allergic, local irritating and ulcerogenic action. The preparation doesn`t show toxic influence on organs and systems of experimental animals for a long time use. |
