IMMUNAL CORRECTION WITH THE USE OF ENTEROSORBENT IN CONSERVATIVE TREATMENT OF DIABETES

The aim of the work carrying out immunal correction diabetes patients with the help of enterosorbent "Bilosorb-P". The level of immunal reactivity was estimated by calculating of different populations and subpopulations of immunal competents cell by means of inderect immunofluorescence method with the use of the panel monoclonal antibodies CD3, CD4, CD8, CD20, CD38, CD HLA, CD HL A-Dr. and according to haemogram data. The effectivenes of immunal corrections with the use of coal fibrous sorbent "Bilosorb-P" of dibetes patients in relation to indices of immunal reactions of relatively healthy population of Donetsk region of Donbass.

The use of coal fibrouse sorbent "Bilosorb-P" with basic therapy of dibetes patients resulted in rasing of content of T-lymphocyties population, increasing immunal regulation coefficient, restoration of the expression level of antibody receptors of hystocompatibility of I and II class.

Thus, the use of enterosorbent "Bilosorb-P" together with basic therapy of diabetes patientes gives the possibility to improve the condition of immunal system.
