TREATMENT OF INTOXICATIONS THE CORRECTION OF THE EMBICHIN TОХIC HAEMOPOIESIS FAILURES BY THE MICROELEMENT-VITAMIN'S COMPOSITION A.S. Grigorieva, N.A. Mokhort, T.S. Klementseva, S.O. Myslivets, L.M. Kirichok, T.V. Okhrimenko The role of new microelement-vitamin's composition "Vitam" is studed in the prevention of haemopoiesis depression provoked by the antitumor agent "Embichin". At the height of embichin intoxication (3-d day) the Vitam therapeutic-prophylactic application prevents the sharp drop in amount of peripheral blood cells and subseqently promotes its intensive recovery. The toxic embichin influence on the marrow is smooth owing to the Vitam introduction. Established effect regarding the blood system as one of the most sensitive to stress damages reflects the "haemocompetent" role of microelements and vitamins in the rise of organism resistibility. |
