TOXICOLOGY OF DRUGS THE ACUTE TOXICITY OF NEW DERIVATIVES OF ADAMANTANE AND NORBORNANE N.A. Vrinchanu Studied the acute toxicity of new derivatives of adamantane and norbornane. Drugs were administered in rats and mice orally and intraperitoneally. Showed that these substances are low toxic and may be recommended for the further deep study as antiviral drugs. |
