TOXICOKINETICS OF PIRODAZOL IN PARENTERAL ROUT ADMINISTRATION

It was steadied pharmacokinetics of new non opioid analgesic pirodazol and paracetamol by single paenteral rout administration. The results showed difference concentration of H³-pirodazol and\or its metabolites in blood, brain, liver, kidney tissues at the studies of absorption, elimination. The pharmacokinetics parameters in blood: Т_1/2=4,34 h, МRТ=10,19 h, V_ss=0,068 l/kg, Сl=0,007 l/(kg•h), C_max=18,04 mkg/ml.
